BritMums is pleased to announce that Toni Hargis, who blogs at Expt Mum and is author of “Rules Britannia” is joining our Getting Published panel.
Toni is a Brit who lives in Chicago, with her American husband, three Geordie/Yank kids and a mutt with selective hearing. Toni is the author of “Rules, Britannia; An Insider’s Guide to Life in the United Kingdom”, (St. Martin’s Press) and writes regularly for a variety of web sites, including Expat Focus and Chicago Now. She has blogged as Expat Mum since January 2008.
She has appeared several times on TV and radio in the US (as well as BBC 5 Alive) to discuss Brit things such as the 2011 Royal Wedding. Toni is also the President of a registered charity, Caring Kid Connections, which funds the Tuskegee International School in Ghana, West Africa.
