I would love to be that organised but unfortunately all my pre-planned stuff is saved for paid work and the blog always gets the last of my energy! Resolution is to start earning some more money from my writing and to not panic so much about the blog. Having said that I am already fidgeting about not having written since Boxing Day. A definite resolution is to read more than I write - during NaBloPoMo I totally neglected everyone else's blog - and if I'm not reading then I'm not really blogging am I?

I love the idea of doing all my writing on one day but in reality that never works I have though been scheduling posts for the past fortnight and find it very liberating to be ahead of time and being able to relax! As for 2012 Yes I'd love to take my blog to the next level if I ever find out how to I'll let you know ;)

Definitely the year to make some changes to my blog. Not massive ones because I like where my blog is right now, but to take it forward I think I need to be more organised--perhaps post a different category each day I post, or try to post each day. I read somewhere that Daren Rowse (Problogger) writes all his post for each week on one day then he has the rest of the week free to spend time on other areas of his work. Think I might try that!
Oh and put my feet up?? Not part of my job description!! ;)
But after a busy Christmas we're looking forward to a quiet New Year's Eve. With champagne, and probably Jules Holland of course.
Happy New Year everyone!

I quite like the idea of different categories for different days - and writing it all on one day. I think that could be a good way to ensure the full range of categories is covered. Then again, whenever I try to get organised with the blog, it works for a few weeks and then life gets in the way, and I end up back at the posting as and when I come up with something stage.
I'd quite like to have a stab at getting our business blog back up and running, too, with some regular posts there in a few categories, and perhaps if I made an actual point of devoting one day a week to blogging - both business in 'my blog' - that might help with both.
