Christmas crafts Round-up

Welcome to the last Crafty Round up of 2013!! Goodness, how the year has flown and how I have enjoyed snooping around all those lovely blogs and finding craftiness amongst you all. It has been super great co hosting with Liz from Me and My Shadow and seeing what she has discovered. So…. with out (much) further ado, it is time for the very last Crafty Round Up of the year. Some last minute Crafts to inspire you – maybe your kids are off school already or maybe you need some inspiration to keep them (ahem) quiet whilst you finish of the last of your preparations.

First up we have

We have the fabulous Here Come The Girls and this Rapunzel Gingerbread house. WOW. Is all I can say. Super fab. Seriously cool and I now have gingerbread envy. Next year I am going to have to up the ante. If you don’t have time to make one yourself, but still feel you should do “something”, check out our mini No Bake Gingerbread houses. Seriously easy and cute too.

These Chocolate Reindeer Treats from Domestic Goddesque are seriously cute and yummy looking. I will definitely have to make some of these with the kids!!

Peakle Pie is a blog I have more recently come to know through the Red Ted Art Google Hangouts. Peakle Pie is a great blog for those us with younger kids. Very childfriendly fine motor skill promoting activities – such as this simple but sweet Christmas Tree Garland.

Plus2Point4 is a blog I have know for many years now. I love the authenticity of her activities and crafts and how she lets her children really take direction and enjoy the activities that they make. Here are some sweet Lollipop Stick snowflakes. I love how bright and colourful they are!

Zing Zing Tree is a blog I love – wish she had more time to blog more! Lots of great and unique ideas. Lovely jubbly indeed. Here she has some very simple but effective Pipecleaner Candy Canes. The kids will love making them!

Kids Chaos made some great Stained Glass Window cards. Don’t they look fabulous? A great activity for older kids and they will look great with a tea light behind them or stuck to a window with the sun shining through. I know Granny will appreciate these very much!

If you are a bit short of time, but want something crafty, that doesn’t take too much time (or effort) check out my free Paper Angel Printable. Print, decorate, cut assemble. Job done. Super sweet. We are having a Christmas Playdate soon and these will be PERFECT for that!
