BritMums Blogging Prompts: Inspiration and New Finds

As BritMums HQ settles back down to Earth following the MAGNIFICENCE that was BritMums Live!, we still want to give you a reason to blog. Of course, you have plenty of reasons to blog but we love to provide a little bit of a topic to get you thinking. Having had such an exciting weekend, we thought we’d stick with a few topics that came up time and again at BritMums Live!

Prompt 1: Inspiration

Who gives you inspiration? If you were at BritMums Live! this past weekend, what is driving your blogging now? What keeps you ticking as a writer, blogger, parent and yourself? Share the things/people/events that have INSPIRED you to be, do and create.

Prompt 2: New Finds

This prompt is a challenge. We’d like you to go out, trawl the blogosphere, in different genres and find 3 blogs that are NEW TO YOU. Have a good old browse through their blogs, find out WHO they are, WHAT they’re all about and what posts really resonate with you. If you were at BritMums Live! maybe you met 3 new friends or stumbled across 3 new blogs thanks to the event? After you’ve gotten to know this new blogger/blog, “report” back to us on these three blogs. Introduce us if you will! This is a FANTASTIC way to spread the “bloggy love” and find a few new sources of blogging support at the same time. You might even want to let your “new finds” know that you’ll be highlighting them in a post!
