We definitely hope that you won’t be using your “extra” hour to iron (we know not what that is in our house!). Perhaps you’d like to use your extra hour to contemplate, write and publish a new blog post? One inspired by a theme, a prompt, a nudge, a spark. Or perhaps you’d like to shut down the laptop, put away the smartphone and spend time with your family? Either way, we hope that everyone has a productive and fulfilling week. And if you are looking for that nudge or spark, why not tackle one of this week’s BritMums Blogging Prompts?

Personal Prompt: Share with us a “parenting moment” from this year. A great moment, a low moment, a moment where your parenting skills and talents were either brilliant or sub-par; a defining Parenting Moment.

Blogging Prompt: What is your blog about? In 100-200 words tell us WHO you are. What is your USP (Unique Selling Point)? Use this prompt as a start to your blog “CV” or media kit.

So there you have it for this week. We want to hear about YOU and defining moments. The good, the bad and the ugly. We’re making this week’s prompts quite general as we want YOU to take it in any direction. Your posts that are generated from the prompts don’t always have to have WORDS either! You can post a picture that fulfills the theme; a video; a song…be CREATIVE. That’s what we’re trying to inspire!
