BritMums Blogger of the Week- Not Even a Bag of Sugar

“Just keep swimming, just keep swimming…” Remember that line? From “Finding Nemo”? Good old Dory’s advice is highly appropriate to all of the country at the moment. Goodness me, could there BE any more rain? To brighten your Friday in advance of what will probably NOT be the sunniest of Bank Holiday weekends, I thought we could talk about a rather brilliant blogger who has been making gorgeous waves in the blogosphere this week. Ready?? It’s all about Kylie at Not Even a Bag of Sugar!

Kylie has been very busy this week, promoting a cause that is very close to her heart. #BornTooSoon is the hashtag to support Tommy’s, the charity which provides funding for research into stillbirth, premature birth and miscarriage and provides information for parents-to-be. Kylie’s posts about Kangaroo Mother Care and Steroids are amazing. In addition to her blog and social media support of Tommy’s, Kylie will be running the Royal Parks Half-Marathon in October so she could definitely use your support!

We love seeing BritMums taking up the “Blogging it Forward” cause and Kylie is one of those very bloggers. In fact, others are noticing Kylie’s efforts as well! Joseph’s Birth was featured on Impatient Optimists, the blog of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation! Now that’s something!! (Round of applause for Kylie)

Please follow Kylie at Not Even a Bag of Sugar and on Twitter (@kykaree) and support her amazing blogging efforts!

Have a wonderful Bank Holiday Weekend and just keep SWIMMING!

I just wanted to say a huge big thank you. It's so lovely to be recognised for what I write. I love being a premmie mum blogger, and it's so nice that what I do is appreciated.

And it's been dry for two days! Woo!
