Blog Giveaways Round-Up: Making up for all that Chocolate

Last month, there was a little Easter theme to our giveaways round up – this month, there is just a general feeling that everyone has eaten a little bit too much chocolate and may be a little fed up of seeing it; so we promise not to mention it *oops*

I have tried to search out the giveaways this time that are packing a punch for you, and give you an excellent chance of gaining a fair amount for the family coffers after you spent it all on chocs last month….we are starting over at Always be a Friend (26/05) who has an amazing giveaway with over £600 worth of goodies from Watchbot. Clearly this giveaway isn’t about watching the weight after all those chocs, its more about watching anything the Watchbot has its beady eye on…

If you are a little concerned about your skin following Easter indulgences, then perhaps the thing to do would be to nip over the ChelseaMamma (30/04 so do hurray) and you might win yourself a professional skin peel! I know that sounds rather painful, but, in my case, I am sure underneath it all there is a glowing, 21 year old bursting to get out. *kidding myself*

I am afraid as it is Spring, I can’t fail to mention the “spring cleaning” phrase; ET Speaks from Home (18/05) has a giveaway that could help you to give your home that much needed new look, alongside your skin’s! She is giving away a Morphy Richards Upright Steam Cleaner; which does actually look like something from Star Trek, and not something to help you clean with. However, that could be because I don’t do enough cleaning myself…

If I did more, my vacuum would get rather clogged up with cat hairs, thanks to the two moggies that we have slouching about the place. Maybe it’s their turn for some pampering? If you think so, then head over to Emmy’s Mummy (01/05) for a chance to win Zoflora, Addis and Sarah goodies as well as Pet Show tickets.

If you would rather get out of the house and not worry about the cleaning, then there were a number of bloggers this month that visited Chessington, and, in partnership with The Sun, these bloggers are giving you all a chance to win £250 to spend at the theme park – all you need to do is send a tweet as per the instructions on their blogs, so why not head on over to Maris World (05/05), 3 Children and It (02/05), In the Playroom (02/05) and Vevivos (30/04) to try out you luck. I bet you secretly want to go the Chessington more than the kids, or perhaps that is just me?

Perhaps for your day out, you need a lovely shoulder bag? Weird Fish are giving one away on Mama Mummy Mum (05/05); this giveaway is worth £45, but I love Weird Fish, so thought I would sneak it in. Another lower value, but unique giveaway, is the one that is running from Littlebird on my KiddyCharts (02/05) blog. The prize is worth a little over £50, however the hamper has lots of interesting goodies in it from Ella’s Kitchen to WOW Toy Eggs.

Finally, a couple of giveaways that offer a little bit more indulgence for you; there is always lovely Jewellery up for grabs on The Diary of a Jewellery Lover‘s blog (30/04), and this month there is a simply beautiful watch to giveaway worth £129. And last, but not least, We’re Going on an Adventure has a Teddy Bear and Champagne from Harrods. There is no better way to end than with a drink, right?
