I’ve been taking part in Mummy Mishaps Great Bloggers Bake Off and for the European Cakes challenge last week I produced, with these fair hands, a Sacher torte just like we used to love eating in Italy (I lived on the boarder of Sud Tirol) It was fiddly but I pulled it off and Jenny awarded me Star Baker which I am over the moon about.

Whilst I’ve been busy baking, Jen has been telling about her girl’s weekend at Canyon Ranch I love a good girls weekend and what better place to spend it than in a spa?
