What a whirlwind of a brilliant time I just had. Admittedly it’s taken me all week to scramble back to some kind of ‘normality’ but I’m closing the gap people, closing the gap.
BritMums Live, tickets are already on sale for next year and I still haven’t fully digested this one. I think my highlight of 2014 was having my daughter with me. You may remember I mentioned a while back that we are writing Folgaria News together in an attempt to promote this beautiful village to the Entire World, we love it so maybe the world will too?
My second best bit was to stand and chat to Simon Calder, I was so looking forward to meeting him and he didn’t disappoint. I hung on his every word in the Travel Blogging session AND Megan and I had our photo taken with him – Ta-dah!
My third best bit, apart from the Lindeman’s wine stand, (wine on tap peeps!) my 3rd best bit was listening to Camila Batmanghelidjh and the wonderful bloggers in the How to be an agent of change. I take my hat off to all the panel, Lindsay Atkin, Hayley Goleniowska and Chris Mosler, remarkable women and this week’s My Best Post of The Week for me has to be my #seethechild post See The Child. Change The System We need your support to do this and a simple text to 63000 with I SEE written would be fabulous, can you do that? (a standard network charge as a vote, not a donation)
You could also take part in the campaign by posting a photo of you as a child similar to this one
Yep that’s me there….and mum has already told me it was more like 1967!
The idea is to spread the word so more people who sign up the more government HAVE to change their failing system.

It was great to see you again Mari and meet your beautiful daughter. That picture of your three generations C 1966 is adorable! You are so cute!! It was a fantastic event and as I got back then went straight to France on a blogger trip, my feet still haven't settled on solid ground yet! Adding to the #MBPW linky is the first step in getting back to my normal routine!
