MBPWWell that’s half term done and dusted, mine was a lot of fun as we were invited to Cornwall and although the weather has been a bit hit and miss on some days we have had a superb time, I cannot wait to tell you all about what we’ve been up to.

How about you? I’ve seen various families struggle with poorly children this half term, those who’ve taken the kids to the cinema or for days out and a couple who are living it up in the Caribbean! Lucky them.

So with only six weeks until Easter, I’m getting geared up to start all sorts of projects; my first, with Spring on the way, will be the garden – cutting back, waiting for the bulbs to push through the soil and brighten our days and getting ready for some outside life.

A bit of DIY is called for and this seems to be the best time of year to tackle paint jobs and then a bit of de cluttering, chucking out the unwanted and making our home space more comfortable to live in.

How about you? What are your plans for the next term?

In the meantime if you’re looking for a family one pot meal that’s super easy, try this Turkey and potato bake, I was very impressed with the results so I’m making that My Best Post of The Week add yours to the Linky below and have a wonderful week.

So glad you had a lovely time in Cornwall. Luckily we could all get out a bit, although those back up indoor activities were much needed. H x
