Well that’s it people, as of midnight you can say goodbye to November and we all step in to the Countdown of The Year. There’s no need for me to remind you, you’re going to be bombarded with it on every single medium possible.
Can you believe a school local to me forbid their primary students talking about Christmas until the 1st December? Very noble some may say but my two have been practising their Christmas production songs for over a week now so my guess is it’s a little confusing and a bit harsh.
Poppycock! That’s my verdict on that one.
My preparations are nicely underway, The Cake is being fed weekly with brandy, the pudding is done and maturing nicely in it’s airtight box and this week we completed our handmade Christmas cards using fingerpaints for fairy lights. My biggest project this weekend will be to complete knitting my elf for our Elf on the Shelf this year. It’ll be his first year with us and I am very excited to see what reaction he’ll get from the girls.
It was lovely to see some of you at the BritMums Christmas meet-up on Monday, if you have written about it do pop your url on the Linky and also if you have any Christmas posts, add them to our Fantabulous BritMums Christmas Blog Hop
Time to choose your Best Post of The Week and add it to the Linky below, if you have any spare time do try to visit a couple of the other links too but above all have a wonderful weekend.
