Well a very welcome hello from me, I just can’t believe that we are in October already! You’ve all been extremely busy with your home and design posts last month, so I’ve lots to include. I’ve been busy mulling over how to create a more luxurious and relaxing bathroom, but let me share with you some other posts that I spotted.
Sarah from Boo Roo and Tigger too has actually been renovating her bathroom, and is so pleased with the results and so she should be, what a difference you have made! I have a very sad front door in need of some urgent TLC, and loved this inspiring post from Domestic Goddesque on sprucing up that crucial place of any home.
Cass from Frugal Family has been putting together a study space for her eldest daughter who has just started secondary school. I love how she’s gotten together things from around her home and car boot finds to make the perfect space for her daughter, very thrifty. How about this desk makeover from The Ordinary lovely. I’ve been looking for a vintage school desk in my local area for so long on eBay, after seeing this I’ve been checking fervently every day, it’s a fantastic retro result!
Kate from Kate Takes 5 has been showing us how in 24 hours she made a sanctuary of her bedroom that she was so desperate for, a place for her to relax and unwind. I am loving the result especially the headboard and picture, very cool! Donna from Little Lily Pad has also been sprucing up a her daughters bedroom into a perfectly pink palace.
More makeovers in progress with Emma at Mrs Shilts creating a playroom for her Little Mr. I’ve been watching the progress on Instagram and it looks really lovely, hopefully I can share the finished results with you next month.
How about something a little different. Inspiration from a beautiful blog called Magpie and Squirrel, don’t you think they have a great eye for design? I love the colour indigo, and I think its very inspirational to see them curated this way.

Thanks for the inclusion - I am still luxuriating in my bed each evening :) Perhaps I'll tackle the bathroom next - 70's pink tiles are just not doing it for me!
