How to feel good naturally

Tips from real women
16. I use baby wipes on my face instead of special facial wipes…good for taking off eye make-up too, and cheaper! @Mrs_Vicki_N
17. Try your local college for a haircut on a budget, the trainees are great and do it at a fraction of the cost. @TheRealSupermum
18. Lemons are amazing for making your nails shine and sparkle 😉 Just slice a lemon and rub over your nails. @TheRealSupermum
19. If you run out of nail polish remover, apply a clear top coat to the nail n remove it quickly with cotton wool. @LadyFranNico
20. When nail polish is v.low, I put a little nail polish remover in the bottle which gives you 1 last ‘go’! @RissaC4
21. Keep your cosmetics in the fridge – they last longer. @emmaann32
22. Apply your lipstick with a brush rather than directly onto lips, it lasts longer. @RissaC4
23. Check ingredients as some cheaper cosmetics often have same ingredients as pricier brands. @3_under_3
24. A body brush is great for exfoliating, reducing cellulite and leaves your skin feeling refreshed. @LadyFranNico
25. Use a fake tan to give you a nice healthy glow in winter, also perks you up. @LadyFranNico
26. My must have is a tiny tin of Vaseline – great for lips, eyebrow taming, soft hands and smoothing frizz! @goriami
