Egg ideas for breakfast and brunch

Simple favourite: poached egg on wilted spinach or kale. Serve w/ chunky toast! @Over_a_Cuppa

Great ways to fry eggs

I love the humble egg - saves me at many a meal time. Thanks for collating all these ideas - plain scrambled can get a bit boring!
