- This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. It is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Participants must be 18 years or over.
- You take part by blogging about experiences of gum health, dentist or Pro-Expert Premium Gum toothpaste. Post entries can be picture posts, videos or text. Post must include the required text and URLs as detailed in “How to take part” on the Challenge page.
- 10 winners will be chosen. Entries will be chosen at random via Random.org. They will receive 1 of 10 £100 John Lewis vouchers. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. Winner names will be published on the #OralBloveyourgums post.
- The first 100 participants to sign up on the associated form will also receive a full-size tube of the new Pro-Expert Premium Gum toothpaste.
- Participants enter by posting on their blog about experiences of gum health and the dentist. Participants then enter the URL of the post onto the #OralBloveyourgums Linky Challenge (alternatively, leave URL to the entry in the comments section of the same post), then tweet the URL using campaign hashtag #OralBloveyourgums.
- Posts must include the text: “This post is an entry for BritMums #OralBloveyourgums Challenge sponsored by Oral-B, promoting healthy gums – something especially important for women. Get tips and advice on www.oralb-loveyourgums.com.” Note that the link to the Love your Gums site and the BritMums challenge page must be live links. No follow links are fine.

- Participants may enter as many times as they wish by creating additional blog posts, so long as these are posted on a separate blog to the original entry.
- All qualified entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 27 October 2013.
- Winners will be notified via email to the email address they provided on their Linky entry. Prizes not claimed within 48 hours of notification will be re-assigned as unclaimed. Please allow 28 days for deliver after prize claim being received.
