January is well-known for being the month of many new resolutions, and new beginnings. I have to admit that I prefer to make these throughout the whole year, so not many changes for me, but also like the fact that people start thinking about getting more active, fit and healthy.
As a keen runner I was delighted to welcome SUSIE CHAN on my Fitness 4 Mamas blog. Read my interview and get inspired! Some very interesting answers indeed!
Another great interview worth reading was done by my blogging bestie Vicki from Honest Mum. She had the opportunity to ask the Olympian MICHELLE GRIFFITH-ROBINSON. Read all about her typical day and advice for mums too!
This is the year you should get your kids active, why? Dr Juliet McGrattan will tell you all the reasons in her latest post!
Last few years I have been so much more into fitness fashion, and really believe it does and can motivate me and others to get out more. In my Friday Pilates classes the mums/ladies always check out what others wear and often get recommendations. Why not? That’s why I loved reading about SKINS Compression Gear. What do you think, Fun Trend or Fitness Necessity?
Most people keep an eye on their weight, and to do so you need some good scales that provide all the information you need. Becca has recently reviewed Beets Blu Bluetooth Smart Scales. Check them out!
Talking about weight loss, love reading about Kate’s progress. A great job and inspiration!
Have you decided you want to get fitter but still cannot find the right type of exercise you would enjoy and take up? How about the Barry’s Bootcamp? Read Greta Solomon’s “7 things I learned from Barry’s Bootcamp” to get the feel of what it’s really like!
This month I am running two fabulous fitness giveaways on Fitness 4 Mamas! You can win a 6 Months FLEX TV NEW Social Home Fitness Membership & Let the Gym Class Come to You! If you are more into Yoga or would like to be, then you will be pleased to Win THE MODERN YOGA BIBLE: The Definitive Guide to Yoga Today by Christina Brown.
