Fitness Round-up: New Year new fitness you!

January is well-known for being the month of many new resolutions, and new beginnings. I have to admit that I prefer to make these throughout the whole year, so not many changes for me, but also like the fact that people start thinking about getting more active, fit and healthy.

As a keen runner I was delighted to welcome SUSIE CHAN on my Fitness 4 Mamas blog. Read my interview and get inspired! Some very interesting answers indeed!

Last few years I have been so much more into fitness fashion, and really believe it does and can motivate me and others to get out more. In my Friday Pilates classes the mums/ladies always check out what others wear and often get recommendations. Why not? That’s why I loved reading about SKINS Compression Gear.     Thanks so much for including my interview with the incredible Michelle. I loved Juliet’s post, so inspiring. My kids love sport and this encouraged me to book Oliver onto a yoga class too! xx
