MBPWI must apologise.

I completely, totally and utterly forgot to do My Best Post of the Week last week.

There was me saying the previous week that I was going to take it easy and chill out a bit. I was going to spend more time with the children and ‘make memories’ with them but I didn’t intend to switch off that much!

I must admit though to be totally loving the summer holidays and spending so much quality time with the kids. From late breakfasts – one day they didn’t get up till gone 8am to the perfect Royal Day Out at Buckingham Palace. Being mum to two Frozen mad princesses to visit a real palace and see how the Queen herself lives had them totally absorbed in our day out. I am a huge fan of London having spent so much time as a child here so it’s really nice for me to be able to introduce them now.

What’s the BritMums team been doing?

Jen has been to the Milestone Museum in Basingstoke and Susanna has been celebrating the British Seaside whereas Kate is worrying about her daughter at her new school

What are you up to? Have you relaxed so much you switched off like me? I do hope so, the weather is fab and the time we have now with the family will soon be gone so enjoy every minute of it.

Time to add your #MBPW to the Linky below. If you have time visit a few friends too. All going well I’ll be back same time next week.

  1. How brilliant that you’ve been able to switch off to that extent and I love your post about Buck House 🙂
