Crafts round-up: Easter eggs, bonnets and baskets

Well, the weather’s warming up and it’s time to start our spring-time crafting.

There’s so many fabulous ideas around at the moment, this selection is sure to give you plenty of inspiration for the Easter holidays.

I’ve been making this really easy Easter gift, which even the most craft-challenged can tackle!  A fun way to liven up an Easter gift.

Over at Yellow Days, Cat has been making these gorgeous sequinned Easter eggs. So pretty and effective.

My Little Three and Me has an adorable free printable for you to make your own carrot shaped Easter baskets – perfect for egg hunts!

Life as we know it has been practicing with her die cutter and made this beautiful Easter egg bunting to decorate her home – I love all the different textures she’s used.

I love a bit of junk modelling, and Playful Learners has these super cute bottle top Easter cards to give to friends and family.

More junk modelling, Crystal’s Tiny Treasures shows us how to make Easter baskets from milk cartons. Again, great for egg hunts.

Red Ted Art has these fabulous chicken egg cups – make from egg cartons!

Tutus and Tea Parties has a really fun idea – painting using one of those little wind-up chicks.  This is such fun!

The Gingerbread House has made a really attractive Easter Egg with Washi Tape – what a lovely window decoration.

And if you’re not quite into Easter mode yet, there’s plenty of gorgeous Spring crafts to inspire.  Love these pipe cleaner daffodils by Zing Zing Tree.

Family Days, Tried and Tested has a wonderful learning activity about tadpoles and frogs over on her Facebook page.

Kids Chaos makes some deliciously pretty daffodil biscuits.

Pink Oddy has some brilliant Spring-themed dressing up ideas.

And finally, Britmums very own Mari has come up smelling of roses with these beautiful spring hair garlands.  Perfect for an Easter bonnet parade or just for dressing up.
