How to adjust your settings on Google+

From settings you can control who can interact with you on Google+, the notifications you receive as well as when and how you receive them. You can also control who can message you on Google+, whether viewers can download your photos and a great deal more.

To find your settings, click on the ‘gear’ (or wheel) icon at the top right of your home page.

Once you have set up your profile it is worth taking a look around and altering your settings until you are happy with them.

You can turn notifications off completely if you like, and if you don’t want to be emailed when someone invites you to a community, you can turn that off too by unchecking the email and phone boxes.

And you’re off! Stay tuned for more Google+ tips and tricks.
