How was your holiday? Last week was all about fitness and skiing for me. Every year during the February half-term holiday we fly to spend some time with my family in the Czech Republic. As they live close to the Krusne Hory mountains, we are lucky enough to go skiing with both my girls at least 3 or 4 times that week.

Skiing is a great sport and that can be done as a fabulous family activity, and I honestly recommend to anyone to go for it and have fun.

If you think you need to spend thousands of pounds, read my post about Ski Holiday on a Budget.  If you still have any questions, get in touch with me, I am always happy to help!

Anyway, after spending a week in very cold conditions, we are back to super mild weather here in the UK. It was lovely to see some flowers making appearance and when I went for my run on Monday morning, I could smell the spring in the air. I love this time of the year, and cannot wait to spend more and more time outside.

To get you a bit more excited and fitness motivated, I have picked a few of my favourite posts below. Have a read and remember, everyone loves comments, so be generous and let others know how you felt about their fitness stories!

Every Tuesday I run a Fitness Tuesday linky on my Fitness 4 Mamas blog, and you are welcome to link any fitness oriented posts. Last time I shared my experience about running the Prague Marathon, so if you are thinking about running one and not sure where, definitely worth reading!

Are you struggling to get out and work out? Read Nadine’s GymCube review. Their content changes daily, so exercising  never gets boring!

Loved reading about how to stay healthy on a budget, some very down-to-Earth tips by One Frazzled Mum.

I often mention running on my blog, and also always include a few posts about runners. If you are a runner or would like to be, then you will find this post very useful, why running slowly isn’t actually a bad thing at all…

Sarah has decided to share her progress on running, comparing each month how far, and if she ran further or faster. Something I would like to do too!

Have you heard of PIIT28? If you are thinking about investing in this 28 days Pilates Intense Interval Training, then you need to read this post, PIIT28 – before and after, statistics and an honest review.

This month’s round-up is wrapped up with a very informative and encouraging post about how to get your kids active. I am a huge supporter of this and have always made sure both my girls have been active from a very early age.

Leading by an example is the best inspiration for our kids or anyone!

Hope that this month’s fitness round-up will be an inspiration for you all, and don’t forget to tweet me your links for the next one via @Fitness4Mamas or leave a link in a comment below.
