Cannot believe it’s been a month, and it’s time for another fitness round-up. June is a month I consider the start of summer. It’s true that the weather has not been that great, quite a lot of rain, but it has been quite warm so there’s no reason not to get out and keep active, fit and healthy.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to have a personal trainer? Is it worth spending a bit on getting some professional help? I have never had one, and thanks to reading One Frazzled Mum’s post I am convinced we all should give it a go and I will soon be testing it out too. So exciting!
Thinking about starting running? have you signed up to the Couch to 5K plan? There’s a lot of info around about this beginner’s running plan, but not so much if you’re doing Couch to 5K on a treadmill. Read Joanne Mallon’s post on her experience.
I really do not want to include too many posts about running and get you bored, but the truth is as the weather is much nicer, more and more people start being into this sport. Penny Plain Fit talks about the importance of constraining in running, which is definitely worth reading!
I love a good challenge and believe we need to get out of our comfort zone, to push ourselves and absolutely loved reading Nadine’s post on rock climbing!
Is getting a gym membership really worth it? Read Amanda’s post on what you can expect from doing so, and how she keeps active with her family.
If you are one of the people who struggles with Sunday night blues, I have a few tips how to overcome this and you can also win a Hamper of RESCUE® Goodies Worth £50!
Hopefully this month’s fitness round-up will get you get active, and don’t forget to tweet me your links for the next one via @Fitness4Mamas or leave a link in a comment below.
