Video: Vegetarian Indian food ideas

Indian cooking is a great vegetarian cuisine, with loads of spices and tastes to liven up lentils and amp up okra. BritMums hung out with Anjum Anand, the Indian chef with a load of books, TV shows and products to her name, including a new line of chutnis (spelled the Hindi way) to use as marinades, sauce starters and dips — tasty versions like Green Papaya, Peanut & Tamarind, Mama’s Lime Chilli Pickle and Tomato, Garlic & Chilli Chutni.
