Hands up who’s failing already with their New Year’s resolutions? I’m not but that’s mainly because I’m only just starting to get my house in order and actually start putting them into practise, a latecomer as always.
My diet thing isn’t really going too well either so that will need stepping up a notch next week but I did go swimming on Friday morning and felt so much better for it, now to continue going.
We had a great Google hangout with Cherry Healey this week. We were talking about New year’s resolutions and amongst the 6 of us, views were quite divided, who for and who against so do let us know where you stand on that one – and how you’re getting on
