What’s not to love about turkey? It is affordable, versatile and a healthy option for lunch, dinner or a quick snack. At our recent #LeanonTurkey Twitter party, you inspired us with your ideas of how to use turkey with meals suitable for everyone in the family and for different occasions.

The party was sponsored by Lean on Turkey, a website with tips, ideas and videos including Marco Pierre White sharing his expert advice on making tempting turkey meals.

Here, you’re favourite inventive ways to eat turkey:

Breakfast/Brunch

1. Turkey, cranberry and Stilton breakfast muffins for brunch on the day after roast turkey – yummy! @bev_metallica

2. My fave breakfast is omelette filled with chopped sliced turkey, feta, chilli flakes and basil/spinach. YUM. @SparklyPinchy

Easy Lunches

38. Marinade turkey in ginger, soy sauce, garlic and Chinese 5 spice then stir fry with veg. Healthy, quick and tasty – simples! @MissBaileyMSE

International inspiration
