Wondering what to do with all that leftover turkey?

Wondering what to do with all that leftover turkey? These videos from our Marco Pierre White/Lean on Turkey campaign would come in really handy today.

Back in June bloggers from Fuss Free Flavours, The Crazy Kitchen, Chef Mel’s Kitchen, and One Blue, One Pink met with Marco for our BritMums Masterclass in cooking with turkey.

We picked up lots of tips from Marco (ever put dark chocolate in your bolognese?). Marco also demonstrated lots of easy recipes, including the ones below, perfect for leftover turkey ideas that go beyond the mere sandwich.

Turkey Waldorf Salad – This is a great one for leftovers. Just a few ingredients – roast turkey, celery, apple, walnuts and mayonnaise. For a garnish, finely chop turkey skin. This recipe was one of our favourites.

Roast Turkey CasseroleThis was another great one to use up turkey leftovers. It only takes 15 minutes. I see one of these in our near future.

Thai Green Turkey - Curry Quick, simple, 10 minutes! This recipe calls for fresh turkey, but I’m sure you could substitute roast turkey cut into chunks and get similar results.

Turkey Milanese - This recipe does use fresh turkey filets. It looks so yummy you’ll want to buy a fresh turkey all over again.

Enjoy!
