What would make you run a mile?

sport reliefSport Relief has a great way for parents and families to get involved in raising funds for people in need at home and abroad.

Have you heard about the Sport Relief Mile? You can run, jog or walk and Sport Relief are asking bloggers not only to spread the word, but to get behind them. They currently have a funny video on their website which features various celebrities answering “What would make you run a Mile?” which you can see on www.sportrelief.com

So as a special blog hop for Sport Relief, Britmums are asking bloggers “What would make you run a mile?”

If I was talking about things that I would run a mile away from it might be snakes or housework.

Another way to take the question might be to say that I would run a mile because I can, as I have my life and my health.

A third way might be to say that in a quest to get fit, it just might help.

You can join Sport Relief and run a mile with your friends and family, at one of hundreds of Run a Mile events around the country on March 25th. For more information click on Sport Relief.

However, whether you plan to run or not, what we want you to do is to consider the question “What would make you run a mile?” in your own way, blog about your answer/s and link up here.
