We were surfing the Internet today and found this Technorati post: Pinterest Users Need to Read the Fine Print.
Hmmm, we knew there were copyright issues with Pinterest, and had a post planned, but this seems a bit draconian.
We, like many others, would like some clarification on this and are watching to see what happens.

It’s a real minefield isn’t it?
I assumed the original pin of something is where the responsibility lies. I hear many folk saying that it’s only images that you upload that you are responsible for but having checked their Ts and Cs :
“Member Content” means all Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.”
Not very clear! Eek!
